What: An Art Forum and Critique led by artist, Wanda Kline. This is a group of artists and creative people who get together every 6-8 weeks to discuss creative issues. Practicing artists, musicians, and poets are encouraged to work within a given theme and present this work for critiques at the meeting. Your first visit is free. Please join RRCA and Honorary Gala Chair, Pat Witt, at this years Spring Gala on April 14, 7pm Midnight. RRCAs Gala raises funds for its Arts Creates Excellence (ACE) program which provides art education year round for the areas school children from ages 3-18 years. The cost per person is $75. Enjoy the silent auction, the Martini Bar and the complimentary wine bar, scrumptious food by Clorinda and a live auction with Rob Shannon. 2007 Associate Artists Members Show #2
The Riverfront Renaissance Center for the Arts cordially invites you to the 2006 Associate Artists Members Show to be held on July 19th -August 12th, 2007
Eligibility:
1. Associate Artists may submit up to four (4) works completed within the past 1 year and not previously shown at the RRCA or in the City of Millville. RRCA will choose at least one piece from each Associate Member, space relates to quality.
2. Accepting original oils, acrylics, water colors, pastels, drawings, sculpture and photography.
3. No piece may exceed 50 inches in width and 40 inched in height including frame. All work must be wired for hanging and suitably framed (no clips or fast frames). Watercolors, pastels, drawings, and graphics must be completely glazed.
4. RRCA will not assemble any item, and reserves the right to reject any work that requires an inordinate amount of difficulty in handling.
5. No wet, fragile, or ill-prepared work will be accepted.
6. A 30% commission will be retained by the RRCA on the sale of any artwork.
7. All work must be for sale.
8. Label: Back right hand corner of each piece. Must include: Artist name, Title, Medium, Price.
No personal contact information on label.
Entry Fee:
Associate Artists do not pay an entry fee.
Receiving Dates:
All works must be delivered to RRCA on Monday, July 16, from 11am till 5pm. Receiving times will not be extended under any circumstances. Works will be chosen for exhibition. Notification will be on Tuesday, July 17, after 5:00pm. Pick-up of work not selected is Wednesday, July 18, 11-5pm.
Biography:
Submitting artists should provide updated biographical information on receiving day for inclusion in Associate Artist Book. No personal contact information is to be on the art or in the bios because the RRCA is your contact agent for this exhibition.
Reception:
The Opening Reception will be held at the RRCA on Friday, July 20th, 6 – 9 pm. Please bring one light refreshment.
NOTE:
It is understood that all works submitted to this show will remain for the duration of the exhibition and may not be withdrawn until designated pick up dates.
Show Closing:
Exhibition closes on Saturday, August 11. Unsold works must be picked up at the RRCA on Sunday, August 12, 11-4 pm. Storage fees, $10.00 per day, will be levied for items not picked up during these dates.

3. Artists are required to submit a short, personal reflection on how their piece relates to Motherhood.
4. RRCA will not assemble any item, and reserve the right to reject any work that requires an inordinate amount of difficulty in handling.
5. No wet, fragile or ill-prepared work will be accepted.
6. A 40% commission will be retained by the RRCA on the sale of art, except for Associate
Artist members for which 30% commission will be retained.
7. All work must be for sale.
